REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Gregory's Indian 500+

Come help us break the Guinness World Record of the Most Indian Motorcycles in a Parade on Saturday Oct 5th, 2019, in Hot Springs Arkansas. To register, please follow this link to pick your options and send payment. https://www.gregorypolaris.com/gregories-500-registration Early registration cannot be encouraged enough. Once the record is broken, you will be able to order your own personalized “Guinness World Record Participant” certificate as a keepsake.

Registration packages are available to suite every budget. Please read the event Options carefully before choosing. ALSO NOTE THE DEADLINE FOR OPTION 1 PACKAGE IS AUGUST 15TH if you would like the memorabilia option (T-shirts, cup, patch etc)

There is a link at the website to pay your registration fee through our PayPal. If you do not have PayPal OR you are having problems with the registration, feel free to call the dealership at 501-834-0344. They can assist with payment over the phone and complete your registration.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS EVENT:

In order to break the World Record, many rules must be followed for our results to count:

• A current copy of the registration for each Indian motorcycle in attendance must be provided. All copies must be submitted to the Judge at the time of the ride.
• In the Registration, there is a spot for you to type in your license plate number. Please scan or take a picture registration to email to gregorys500@gregorypolaris.com. If you want to mail a copy of it that is also an option, please mail it to 14106 HWY 107, Jacksonville AR 72076.
• The day of the event, someone will be checking each registration of each bike to make sure that registration belongs to that bike. Only legally registered motorcycles are allowed to be counted. IF YOUR REGISTRATION IS GOING TO EXPIRE BEFORE OCT 5TH PLEASE MAKE SURE TO RENEW BEFORE COMING TO THE EVENT. If your registration is expired, your bike can NOT COUNT in our final number. If you choose to email it to before hand, we will recheck a month or so before time and remind everyone that is going to expire to make sure everyone is good to go.
• As this is also a Charity Event, all proceeds will be donated to charity. We have selected 5 charities that are close to our hearts for you to choose from. Participants who select Option 1 or 2 for the driver or the passenger, also have the option to choose which Charity your proceeds go to. Options are listed below:
  Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation
  St. Louis Shriners Hospital for Children
  Alzheimer’s Alliance Tri-State (Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas)
  Arkansas Honor Ride- Supporting Military Troops
  Hillcrest Children’s Home- Hot Springs

After the cut-off deadline, August 15, 2019, Option 1 will no longer be available, due to ordering timelines. No additional t-shirts, mugs, coffee cups, or poker chips will be ordered. Please make sure to get all registrations completed prior to this date. Options 2 and 3 will be available for registration up to the day of the event.

We want to thank each and everyone one of you for choosing to participate in this event. We have put so much time and effort into it to try to make it as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We are so EXCITED and appreciate your help in the attempt to break this record and cannot wait until Oct 5th!

Also note, at the bottom of the registration form there is space to name a “Bounty Hunter”. Fill in this information if a friend or acquaintance helped with your registration in any way. This makes them eligible for special prize drawings at the event.
